The following groups of people will work together in rotation each time there's a bbq - this includes purchasing of bbq foods, cooking of food, and cleaning of barbecue. Jennifer will provide oil, but everything else will typically need to be purchased. Each group has at least one corporate card holder in, so this should be okay.
